The Perona family built the
hotel in 1969 and today carefully manages it. Grandfather Perona,
a pioneer with Count Lora Totino of the Mont Blanc cableway, has
created, since the beginning of his tourist activity, the
quality into simplicity. The modernizations made during the
years and the generation shift have maintained the hotel
behind the times. Our guests have at their disposal rooms
and apartments with kitchenette, lift, some bicycles for the
summer excursions, ski and ski boot storage, parking, garage
and sun terrace.

holiday: homemade sweets, various kinds of cold meats,
salami and cheese, homemade yoghurt, eggs and juices are
essential to start the day well and are ready every morning.
We have a bar where guests, who don’t want to go out to the
restaurant, can choose a menu of cold dishes. The agreements
we have with the nearby restaurants allow to choose the stay
formula: bed and breakfast or full board. Our hotel enjoys
an optimum position: right in front of the Mont Blanc
cableway, 3 km far from the historical town centre of Courmayeur and just 1 km far from the Mont Blanc
tunnel.
